I'm actually a marine science student who do final year project on DNA barcoding of sharks for my bachelor of science. I wonder to get some information about this project that which species are targeted because I'm currently started study on 10 species of sharks found in coastal zone of Sabah. Besides, I want to ask whether I can get any specific protocol, procedure, and material that can be refer to improve my study?
