Fourth International Barcode of Life Conference at University of Adelaide

November 28, 2011 to December 3, 2011
The University of Adelaide will host the first-ever Southern Hemisphere barcode conference, co-organized by CBOL and co-hosted by several biodiversity institutions and initiatives in Australia.  The goals of the conference are: highlighting the great progress barcoding has made since the Mexico City Conference in November 2009; learning about barcoding activities in Australia and the region; and bringing barcoders together to exchange ideas and plan new activities. The week’s events will start…See More

Hi Rasika,
I just received the message you sent to the Data Analysis Working Group. Could you please repost this question as a new Discussion topic or as a Comment within the group? This way, any answers to the question can be shared for others who might be having the same problem.

I also recommend doing the same in the Plant Barcoding group. In fact, Karen James actually started a Discussion thread specifically about plant barcoding primer issues.

Thanks!
