Exo-sap it clean-up?
Hello everyone,I'm in the sequencing stage of my M.Sc. research project, and I'm not getting very clean results so far. I'm working with bivalve species found on the US East Coast (oysters, scallops, clams, etc.), sequencing the COI gene to start with. Right now I'm using the LCO1490 and HCO2198 primers (Hebert et al. 2003). I'm using exo-sap it to clean up my PCR product before sequencing, and I'm wondering if anyone else uses it?
