DNA Barcoding at Plant Species

Hi! I am Phd. student in Marmara University of Istanbul,Turkey. I am working on DNA barcoding with Colchicum species using MatK, RbcL and PsbA-trnH barcodes. I want to ask a question about the DNA barcoding. We have got 49 Colchicum species that including 168 populations. For example one species including 11 populations.
