My interest in developing DNA bar coding for four fungal plant pathogens such as Alternaria, Colletotrichum, Cercospora and Phytophthora made me to join in this bar code group. I would glad to join any professional, who has interest in bar coding of fungal pathogens. Our experience for separating Alternaria spp based on ITS sequenceing has failed but secondary metabolite profiling has resolved this problem.
