I have recently been awarded Major Research Project in the above subject by UGC, New Delhi, India. Very soon , I will be getting grant for the launch of the project. I have just undergone 21 days training in DNA Bar coding of Animals, primarily based on CO I mt gene and use of Genious Software, DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit under the guidance of Dr George Thomas and Dr Sanil George of Rajiv Gandhi Center of Biotechnology, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. It was more of Hands-on Training and less theoretical.
