Barcoding invertebrates

Dear all,I'm working on bivalves and gastropods barcoding. Recently, I encountered two problems and would like to discuss with all of you.1. Any barcode primers and Oct condition work well on both of these invertebrate? Any one have experience in using M13 tailed primers?2. Any solution in solving middle mix bases when sequencing ITS gene? Thanks for all of your suggestions.See More
