Share 'DNA Barcode development from gene sequence data......'

Hello All, I have some sequence of insect species for mitochondrial COI gene. I have to develope barcode for that. and also have to detect SNPs and haplotypes among them. please suggest me the most convenient software for this job and  which is available free. also you have any information regarding handling that software please do provide me.
