problem with protocol
hello,everyone. just recently i have started "barcoding of flowering plants" and working on ipomoea genus. the protocol i am using is very old and results are not good. the protocol on this community is not opening.... can u help me out by sending recent protocols my email id is suziii333111@gmail.com or if u can attach in this community.

I had ask a similar question to Dr Peter Hollingsworth of Royal Botanic Garden, UK.
He replied to my mail and sent a link... http://www.barcoding.si.edu/plant_working_group.html.
From this link u would possibly get recent protocols used by CBOL group scientist. Alternatively, please find an attachment along, It gives you amplification protocols used by CBOL group. You can also see the primer sequences they have tried. Hope this would be helpful. - Attachments:
