Dear Mohammad,

You can preserve and fix it in DESS preservative. Molecular grade ethanol (95%) would also serve the purpose but the morphological features may get compromised.

I thank you for the help. I shall try DESS for a change since 95% and 100% ethanol have not been quite helpful. Cheers
