Sequencing and barcoding of Chinese Medicinal Herbs

Hi all,

I am suggesting to initiate a project to sequence or barcoding the medicinal plants that were registered in chinese pharmacopoeia 2010. I think I could be able to provide the raw samples without any charge but certainly need a lot of help to do the DNA extraction, PCR and sequencing. We should also consider to do molecular cloning for later on development.

Hi guys, what's your idea? At the end of the project, we can offer authorship for the publication and release the data for open access.
