I have done some work on freshwater barcoding nematode parasites of freshwater fish, published in Journal of Biogeography back in 2007.

Hi, few years back i was working on restoration of Jaisamund lake Udaipur which involved reduction in Tilapia fish which has been introduced illigally and accidently and to improve local fish population mainly carps..that time i coolected lot of sample but i could not do barcoding now those sample are old and wants to do barcoding of those....
