Hi Mr. Weigt.
Thank you for answering so fast.
I have 239 fin samples..and I already extracted the 60% of them using phenol: chloroform protocols (after using several kits), now I am having problems with some of the samples, they are stored in pure ethanol at -20C, but some look kind of "degraded", they have been stored for 2 years now.
I have acces to main facilities, this is my e-mail: lupame_09@yahoo.com, any help that you could give me is more than welcome.

Hi Lucia-
What do you have access to? we have protocols for phehol:chloroform extractions, Qiagen Kits, and (not recommended in most cases) chelex, but they require different instruments, costs, etc - and how many will you be performing?
