BMC Bioinformatics Issue

This was mentioned at the Mexico City meeting and on the Data Portal twitter feed, but I wanted to bring a special BMC Bioinformatics issue on Biodiversity Informatics to everyone's attention. The issue features a few barcoding analysis tools that either are already loaded on the Portal or will be in the very near future.
