Barcode Compliance Tag

I was just wondering what criteria is checked for the new Barcode Compliance field in BOLD.  I found one record in one of my private projects that has 2 traces, a sequence, a voucher ID, and is identified down to the species level, but it says "No" for Barcode Compliance.  I attached a screenshot of the Progress Report Excel download.  Hopefully you can read it.

Dear Mike,

The record is missing country which is specified as required in the barcode standard document.

Hi Mike,

 

Once you've updated your record to include the country, it can take up to 12 hours for the Barcode Compliance flag to update on your BOLD record list.
