This is a non-parametric test for hypothesis testing when your data do not follow normal distribution. For given two measurements (distributions of values) of the same sample in two different conditions, Wilcox test check whether their population mean ranks differ.  So basically, it is comparing values of two related samples to suggest the difference between them. If your data follow normal distribution then you can use t-test.

Just check excel or any statistical software for Wilcox test. Or you can use R http://www.r-project.org/ using many available online tutorials.

I hope, it will help

Hey,
Thanks for your reply, will try and get back to you.
