Submission tool options

We have sequenced COI gene region of some lac insect lines. Can you suggest various submission tools available for barcoding and which would be the best option?

I think the 2 most commonly used tools right now are the BOLD database itself and GenBank's BarSTool (Barcode Submission Tool). They both have strengths and weaknesses as well as requirements on metadata. Partially depends on your numbers, current format of your metadata, etc. Organization of the chromats, voucher information, etc critical for both. check them out and see which looks better and/or easier for your workflow.
