Stop codons

Hi,

Shashank, there are chances of finding stop codons when you are using universal primer as they might amplify psudogenes. Which primers have you used?

Hey Shashank

That the common problem with ABI sequencers. Check ur chromatograms and make sure its free from mis-reading before sequence extraction.

If the sequence of species is available in NCBI, make use of it for alignment.

if still the problem persists, u can mail me the sequences and can get rid of stop codons.
