Sequencing Analysis workshop

Hi to all! 

I'm working on a project of fish barcoding. 

I'm looking for any short course or workshop about bioinformatics, to learn how to deal with all the sequences I am getting.  I would appreciate if some one heard or now where  I can learn, even an online tutorial. Thanks in advance!
