Barcoding nematodes

Has any one barcoded nematodes as bio-indicators and which genes did you use, how easy was it?

One of my lecturers is heavily involved with nematode genomics and barcoding. His name is Professor Mark Blaxter and I think you will be able to find the information you need by either searching his extensive website at http://www.nematodes.org/ or dropping him an email at Mark.Blaxter@ed.ac.uk
