Barcoded pyrosequencing can identify bacteria. Many works in Indian perspectives have come recently. IIsc have published bactrial flora of healthy and obese child using barcoded pyrosequencing. I have communicated a manuscript recently on community composition of hypersaline prokaryotes using barcoded pyrosequencing. species level detection is possible, if u encounter already documented species.

Thank you very much sir for your reply. Sorry for the delay to communicate with you.

Please send your publications on this topic. You said  'species level detection is possible, if I encounter already documented species', please tell me how this is possible (some details are requested).
